The calm wear vest is very good. Wearing for up to 30 minutes once a day and it has quite an immediate calming effect

My 10 year old loves it. I got her to put it on after school when we first got it, then she did not want to take it off. She says 'it helps her calm down, and makes me feel really good when i wear it.'

Iv personally seen differences in half a dozen children at the 2 schools im in I was impressed! Also unaware at the time that they were wearing 1 but the change in overall behaviour, learning and involvement with the class was impressive.. just allow the adjustment period
